Job responsibility:

• Take full ownership of store productivity, sales performance, and forecasting target
• Help create a high-energy, sales- and service-focused store environment
• Reinforce service standards through daily coaching and feedback to store staff
• Assist in managing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth store operations
• Support the upkeep of store presentation, visual merchandising, and maintenance standards
• Identify performance gaps and assist in staff development and coaching initiatives
• Recognize individual and team achievements and communicate feedback effectively
• Contribute to action plans that address business challenges and support the achievement of store targets

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years store management experience in retail or service industry
• Experience working in a fast paced retail environment
• Ability to inspires team to meet and exceed performance standards
