Requirements
- Manage daily accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing
- Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity
Budgeting & Planning
- Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Track actual performance vs budget and explain variances
- Support management with financial analysis and cost control
Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations
- Coordinate audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and external advisors
- Ensure timely tax filings, statutory reports, and regulatory submissions
Management & Control
- Develop and improve financial processes and internal controls
- Support pricing, profitability, and operational decision-making
- Supervise junior accounting staff
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in a hands-on role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with accounting software and Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Prior experience managing end-to-end finance operations
