A Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager and site teams in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from inception to completion. This role ensures that all projectdocumentation, schedules, procurement activities, and communication flowsmoothly between consultants, contractors, and internal teams to meet quality,cost, and timeline objectives.

Education & Experience
• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building,Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience inconstruction project coordination or site administration.
• Familiar with local construction processes,codes, and authorities' requirements.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong organizational and coordinationskills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonalskills to liaise with various stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and workunder tight deadlines.
• Team player with a proactive andproblem-solving attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating all project activities, including scheduling, procurement, documentation, and reporting.
- Track project progress, prepare updates, and highlight potential delays or issues.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Need to prepare quotation based on the SOR (Government SOR)
- Prepare and maintain project documentation such as correspondence, meeting minutes, drawings, variation orders, and progress reports.
- Assist in preparing work programs, progress claims, and cost control documents.
- Coordinate site meetings and follow up on action items.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and company policies.
- Support the preparation of tender documents and procurement of materials and services.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation systems for all project-related materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project and management needs.
