Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator who enjoys working with people, staying organised, and learning about lighting products to support our sales team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Communicate product strategies and updates clearly with the sales team to align efforts
• Assist walk-in customers by answering enquiries about lighting products to enhance customer experience
• Respond promptly to phone calls and emails to maintain effective communication with customers and suppliers
• Prepare accurate quotations to support sales activities and customer decision-making
• Process sales orders and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment of customer purchases
• Source and compare product prices from suppliers to support cost-effective purchasing decisions
• Maintain organised filing of documents, both digital and paper, to ensure easy retrieval and record-keeping
