Job Summary

Assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in daily construction site operations to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of work according to project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards and reduce work-related accidents
• Enforce site safety rules consistently to maintain a safe working environment
• Supervise sub-contractors and in-house workers to ensure tasks are completed correctly and on schedule
• Collaborate with site operations staff to coordinate activities and meet project deadlines
• Verify that installations follow construction drawings accurately
• Monitor the progress and quality of work performed by workers to maintain acceptable workmanship standards
• Attend daily tool-box meetings and communicate clear instructions to the team
• Understand project requirements and scope of work and ensure compliance throughout the project
