Job Description
The Corporate Secretarial Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate secretarial clients and overseeing the delivery of statutory and compliance services. This role involves supervising junior team members, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing advisory support to clients on corporate secretarial matters.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of corporate secretarial clients across various industries.
Review and approve board resolutions, statutory filings, and corporate documentation.
Ensure compliance with the Singapore Companies Act and regulatory requirements.
Supervise, guide, and review work performed by senior associates and associates.
Advise clients on routine and non-routine corporate secretarial matters.
Coordinate and support AGMs, EGMs, and corporate actions.
Liaise with clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
Degree in Law, Business, Accountancy, or related discipline.
Chartered Secretary (CS / ACIS) qualification preferred.
Minimum 6-9 years of corporate secretarial experience.
Prior experience supervising or mentoring junior staff.
Strong technical knowledge of Singapore corporate secretarial requirements.
Good organisational and time management skills.
