This role supports the sales and operations of Creative Eateries' Catering division by managing inquiries, coordinating catered events, and assisting with administrative and sales related tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Submit and manage tender applications on government procurement platforms

• Coordinate the booking of food and beverage events by managing outside solicitation and incoming inquiries.

• Use creative planning in the design and structure of catered events & menus

• Working closely with clients to include handling inquiries related to food and beverage

• Coordinate with internal food production and service team - Staff, Servers, Chefs, Runners to ensure the successful execution of catered functions

• Conduct site inspection prior to events commencement

• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• No prior experience required; training will be provided

• Excellent customer service and able to interact well with clients

• Meticulous, organised, and detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills

• Creative mindset with a keen eye for accuracy and quality

• Ability to work independently and in a team
