The Clinic Manager serves as the key operational leader, bridging clinical teams, administrative staff, and management to drive sustainable growth and service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day clinic operations to coordinate patient journeys and ensure seamless service delivery
- Support doctors in clinical service delivery by coordinating consultations and treatment procedures
- Monitor and manage appointment schedules to achieve timely patient service and operational efficiency
- Ensure clinic operations comply with MOH guidelines and Company policies to maintain regulatory standards
- Deliver consistent, professional, and courteous patient service to uphold high-quality care standards
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service outcomes and operational productivity
- Manage patient feedback and complaints promptly to facilitate effective service recovery
- Provide guidance to staff on incident management and uphold service standards across the clinic
- Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and aesthetic treatments to support clinical workflows
- Oversee patient transitions within the clinic to ensure smooth movement through treatment stages
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment
- Develop and refine operational workflows to improve service delivery experience and clinic efficiency
- Support sales planning by following up with patients, coordinating appointments, and converting leads
- Collaborate with management and marketing agencies to drive lead generation and review campaign effectiveness
- Allocate staff resources to maintain adequate clinic coverage and optimize manpower efficiency
- Assist in recruitment, training, and ongoing coaching of consultants, therapists, and new joiners to build team capability
- Manage clinic resources by monitoring inventory, replenishing stock, and maintaining accurate records
- Support budgeting and cost control initiatives related to clinic operations
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management, adhering to Company policies and acting in the Company's best interests
Skills & Competencies
- Strong operational coordination skills to manage clinic flow, schedules, and daily activities.
- Sound understanding of patient service standards, clinical support processes, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to guide, coach, and support clinic staff in service delivery and operational execution.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Customer-centric mindset.
