Job Summary

MOS Foods Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, drive sales performance, and lead a customer-focused team to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and achieve sales targets aligned with HDC standards
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify needs and implement service improvements that enhance customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and control product and labor costs to maintain budget compliance and maximize profitability
  • Drive sales growth and ensure outlet profitability through effective team management and operational oversight
  • Conduct regular stock counts and manage receiving processes for food, beverage, packaging, and other inventory items to maintain accurate stock levels
  • Deliver training and coaching to staff, evaluate their performance, and foster continuous development to enhance team capabilities
  • Participate in station duties and oversee maintenance activities to uphold restaurant standards and operational efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Minimum GCE N/O Level, ITE, Shatec, or Diploma holders
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
  • Ability to perform shift work and work on weekends
