Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and service-oriented Assistant Clinic Manager to lead daily clinic operations, enhance patient and therapist service delivery, and support administrative and billing functions in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily clinic operations to ensure efficient workflow and seamless service delivery to patients and therapists
- Maintain clinic cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards to support a safe environment
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely ordering of clinic supplies and consumables to prevent shortages
- Implement and support operational procedures and service improvements to enhance clinic performance
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate therapist-patient interactions to optimise patient flow and reduce waiting times
- Respond professionally to patient enquiries via phone, email, messaging platforms, and in person to ensure high-quality customer service
- Register patients and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) requirements
- Collect payments, issue receipts accurately, and maintain billing records to support financial accuracy and transparency
- Assist with payment reconciliation and documentation for insurance claims, subsidies, or other relevant processes
- Provide non-clinical support to therapists during patient sessions to facilitate smooth therapy delivery
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and therapy areas to ensure readiness for patient care
- Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned to support clinic operations and teamwork
- Foster a positive clinic environment by collaborating effectively with colleagues and contributing to team goals
