As we continue our rapid expansion, we are seeking a Sales Executive to join our growing team in the ASEAN region. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving growth by identifying, developing, and closing new enterprise sales opportunities across the ASEAN region (Mainly in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia regions). This role requires strong experience in enterprise sales, a deep understanding of banks, financial institution and large enterprise procurement processes, and proficiency in solution selling strategies.

As we continue our rapid expansion, we are seeking a Sales Executive to join our growing team in the ASEAN region. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving growth by identifying, developing, and closing new enterprise sales opportunities across the ASEAN region (Mainly in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia regions). This role requires strong experience in enterprise sales, a deep understanding of banks, financial institution and large enterprise procurement processes, and proficiency in solution selling strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth within targeted enterprise level accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key verticals such as banks, financial services, government, and large enterprises.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closure.
- Leverage leading sales methodology to qualify opportunities and guide account growth strategies.
- Work closely with the Technical team to align technical solutions with customer needs.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and data for reporting and tracking purposes.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position Netis solutions in the market.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in enterprise account sales or solution sales in the IT or tech industry.
- Demonstrated ability and experience to sell complex solutions to large enterprises with long sales cycles.
- Deep understanding of enterprise procurement practices and buying behavior.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts across a geographically dispersed region.
- Proficiency in maintaining sales pipeline forecasts and data for reporting and tracking purposes.
- Willingness to travel within the ASEAN region as needed.
