Role Overview
• We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused RegionalDevelopment Partner to drive TXV's strategic partnership initiatives across key international markets.
• Reporting to the Head, StrategicPartnership & Intelligence and working closely with business analysts, sales and growth and client experience, this role will be responsible for building, managing, and nurturing strategic relationships that advance TXV's growth objectives and Singapore's PSS ecosystem leadership.
• The successful candidate will serve as the primaryrelationship owner for assigned regional markets, translating partnerintelligence insights into actionable engagement strategies whilst ensuring sustainable partnership development that delivers mutual value for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Development
• Lead relationship building and management with priority partners across assigned regional markets, including governments, corporations, technology firms, research institutions, and international organisations.
• Develop and execute regional partnership strategies based on intelligence insights provided by the team's business analysts.
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with TXV's strategic objectives and Singapore's PS priorities.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, MOUs, and collaborative frameworks that balance commercial value with strategic interests.
Regional Market Engagement
• Serve as TXV's primary representative in assigned regional markets, building brand presence and stakeholder awareness.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and ecosystem players within the PS domain.
• Represent TXV at international conferences, trade missions, and industry events to expand network and partnership opportunities.
• Coordinate with Singapore government agencies and trade offices to leverage diplomatic and commercial networks.
Partnership Lifecycle Management
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle from initial engagement through contract negotiation to ongoing relationship stewardship.
• Develop partnership activation plans that integrate across TXV's events portfolio, innovation services, and ecosystem programmes.
• Monitor partnership performance against agreed KPIs and ensure delivery of mutual value propositions.
• Conduct regular partnership reviews and identify opportunities for expansion or enhancement of existing relationships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with the business analysts to leverage market insights and partner intelligence for relationship strategies.
• Collaborate with the Innovations business unit to identify technology commercialisation opportunities through regional partnerships.
• Support the Ecosystem Events business unit in securing international participation and sponsorship for TXV's events portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner experience across all TXV touchpoints.
Business Development Support
• Support revenue generation through partnership-driven opportunities including joint ventures, licensing agreements, and collaborative programmes.
• Identify and develop new business models and revenue streams through regional partnerships.
• Contribute to sales processes by leveraging partner networks and relationships to drive client acquisition.
• Provide market feedback and partnership insights to inform TXV's strategic planning and business development initiatives.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
• Maintain regular communication with partners through structured engagement programmes and relationship management activities.
• Prepare partnership reports, relationship updates, and market intelligence summaries for senior leadership.
• Facilitateknowledge sharing and best practice exchange between partners and TXV's internal teams.
• Managepartner communications during crisis situations or sensitive developments affecting the PSS ecosystem.
