As we continue our rapid expansion, we are seeking an Enterprise Pre-Sales Engineer (PSE) to join our growing team in the ASEAN region. The Enterprise Pre-Sales Engineer (PSE) acts as the technical authority and trusted advisor during the sales cycle, partnering with sales, product, and delivery teams to translate complex customer requirements into scalable, secure, and high-value solutions. This role bridges business outcomes and technical architecture, ensuring solutions are feasible, differentiated, and aligned to enterprise standards.

As we continue our rapid expansion, we are seeking an Enterprise Pre-Sales Engineer (PSE) to join our growing team in the ASEAN region. The Enterprise Pre-Sales Engineer (PSE) acts as the technical authority and trusted advisor during the sales cycle, partnering with sales, product, and delivery teams to translate complex customer requirements into scalable, secure, and high-value solutions. This role bridges business outcomes and technical architecture, ensuring solutions are feasible, differentiated, and aligned to enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling Customer Engagement & Discovery, partnering with Account/Sales Executives to engage enterprise customers and understand client objectives, landscape, handle discovery workshops, architecture discussions and translating business problems to technical use cases
- Handling end to end enterprose solutions that align with customer environments and constraints.
- Act as the primary technical lead throughout the sales lifecycle handling Technical presentations, executive briefings and product demonstrations, Proof of Value (POV) and pilot designs, articulating technical value propositions, differentiators and ROI.
- Handling Proof of Value (POV) work, supporting custimers through POV execution and outcome review defining success criteria and evaluation metrics aligned to business outcome
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responsed providing technocal solution descriptions and architecture diagram.
- Work closely with Differen teams across Sales, product and Professional Services for internal collaborations work.
- Maintain deep knowlede of Enterprise IT Trends and product capabilities and roaadmaps and relevant indusrty specific requirements, to be able to provide field feedback to product and leadership teams to influence strategy
- Ensuring solutions meet enterprise governance standaeds pertaining to security and data privace, regulatory compliance and architecture and operational best practices
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise pre-sales work preferably in observability, AIops, network performance management, business performance management, ITOM field.
- Demonstrated ability and experience to handle technical pre-sales work with proven track record
- Experienced in technical lead roles handling tehcnical presentations and Proof of value (POV) work for clients
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and work well across stakeholders across geographically dispersed region.
- Proficiency and expertise in understanding of network performance, observability solutions, and system architecture.
- Willingness to travel within the ASEAN region as needed.
