Brief Summary:

Join a dynamic team as an Information Systems Manager, where you will lead IT support initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and oversee system administration to ensure the optimal performance of IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of internal IT personnel and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery and professional development.
• Collaborate with stakeholder teams to gather business requirements and ensure centralized systems are effectively meeting organizational needs.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring contracts are up to date, performance expectations are met, and issues are escalated appropriately.
• Oversee budget management for IT resources, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial constraints.
• Implement security policies and compliance measures to protect organizational data and systems, in accordance with relevant regulations.
• Execute system administration duties, including configuration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting of potential technical issues.
• Lead and support IT projects to ensure proper execution, stakeholder communication, and timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in systems management, infrastructure management, or system administration.
• Proficient in IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, and cloud storage.
• Demonstrated expertise in vendor management, including handling SLAs, contract negotiations, and performance assessments.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to gather requirements and oversee implementation processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS) are an advantage.
