Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate who enjoys watches and delivering excellent customer experiences in-store while supporting store operations and events.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers to help them understand watch features, movements, materials, and brand stories
• Explain product details clearly to support customers' informed purchasing decisions
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems to ensure smooth checkout experiences
• Manage daily store operations including opening, closing, and maintaining a clean and organized environment
• Assist with stock management by receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise displays
• Support merchandising efforts to create attractive product presentations that engage customers
• Participate in store events, launches, and collector gatherings to enhance customer engagement and brand presence
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and watch collectors to encourage repeat business and community growth

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience is a plus point but not necessary.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers from diverse backgrounds
• Willingness to learn about watches, brands, and product knowledge continuously
• Reliable, responsible, and well-presented with a professional attitude
• Ability to work weekends and retail hours as required
• Team player with a positive and collaborative approach
