Job Scope:
- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online revenue growth
- Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platform to ensure a seamless user experience, strong site performance, and healthy conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and cross-functional teams to improve product listings, content quality, sales performance, and website functionality
- Work closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key e-commerce performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Identify and implement new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance e-commerce operations and efficiency
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain competitiveness
- Lead and support a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and relevant e-commerce regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related discipline
- Relevant experience in e-commerce management or a similar leadership role
- Proven experience managing e-commerce operations, with exposure to the fashion or footwear industry being an advantage
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce, along with digital marketing strategies
- Proficient in analytics and optimization tools, including Google Analytics, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization
