- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Drive recruitment strategies to maintain a steady supply of licensed security personnel, including onboarding and orientation.
- Manpower Planning and Deployment: Oversee deployment readiness, ensuring security officers are properly scheduled and available for client sites.
- Regulatory Compliance and Licensing: Ensure all security staff maintain valid licenses and comply with industry-specific regulations.
- Employee Relations and Discipline: Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, performance management, and career development.
- Policy Development and Administration: Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee contracts.
- Payroll and Benefits: Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll to ensure competitive packages for staff retention.
- Communication and Support: Act as the primary contact for security officers regarding attendance, leave, and HR matters.
Requirements for the Role
- Experience in the security industry or high-turnover industries.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment legislation.
- Proven leadership skills to manage HR teams and support operational staff.
