Job Scope: Restaurant Management & sales Consultant
Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

• Interact with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback.

• Build long-term relationships to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive service improvements.

Business Development & Revenue Growth

- Identify new market opportunities and potential fields to expand the restaurant's reach.

- Develop innovative strategies to create new sources of income (e.g., catering, deliverypartnerships, special events).

- Conduct competitor and market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

- Sales & CRM Analysis

- Monitor and analyze sales data using CRM tools to identify patterns, strengths, andareas for improvement.

- Provide actionable insights to boost sales performance and customer retention.

- Prepare regular reports on sales trends and recommend corrective measures.

Brand Image & Marketing Strategy

- Assess the restaurant's current image and positioning in the market.

- Recommend and implement strategies to improve brand perception and visibility.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that align with the restaurant'svision.

- Training & Staff Development

- Provide training to staff on customer service, sales techniques, and operationalefficiency.

- Suggest and implement best practices to improve team performance.

- Mentor staff to ensure alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
Operational Efficiency & Cost Reduction

- Review current operational processes to identify inefficiencies.

- Suggest and execute cost-reduction measures without compromising quality.

- Implement systems to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
