Position Night Shift Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

Lead and manage night-shift restaurant operations to ensure efficient workflow, compliance with safety and quality standards, and exceptional customer service, driving business growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead night-shift restaurant operations to maintain smooth workflow and achieve performance targets
• Develop and manage staffing schedules to optimize team coverage and operational efficiency
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, enforcing discipline to uphold service quality and team standards
• Ensure employees maintain professional appearance, grooming, and adhere to service protocols to enhance customer experience
• Enforce strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards to protect customers and staff
• Control and monitor the issuance, usage, and loss of ingredients, materials, and store items to minimize waste and cost
• Conduct regular inventory audits and implement stock control measures to maintain optimal supply levels
• Implement company marketing strategies and design in-store promotions to increase sales and strengthen brand presence
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism, resolving issues promptly and gathering feedback to improve service quality
• Train, motivate, and lead the team using effective communication and management techniques to foster a productive work environment
• Ensure all operations comply with Ministry of Manpower standards and relevant regulations

Working Hours

• 6: 00pm - 6:00am (Night Shift)

Days Off 4 days off per month

Salary SGD 6,300 - 6,500

Work Location Chinatown MRT Station (NE4, North-East Line / Purple Line)
