Job Scope
- Responsible for the development and performance of all marketing and sales activities.
- Maintaining and developing a computerized customer and prospect database.
- Establish plan and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
- To identify potential customers in the
- Plan, organise and control of department activities such as costing, quotation, tender etc.
- Resources and manpower planning to maximise utilization to meet the sales target.
- Analyse and review customer's feedback on project works and laboratory services.
- Handling of customer complaints and feedback to customer to ensure proper resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through close monitoring of project report on time delivery.
- Study and understand the market competitor's activities and laboratory testing trends.
- Plan and implement effective marketing strategy to achieve measurable sales target.
Requirement
- Experience in environmental, analytical, or industrial testing services (environmental labs, chemical testing labs, EHS consulting, water & wastewater, geotechnical, inspection & certification).
- Familiar with sampling, testing workflows, compliance timelines, and technical terminology
- Prior B2B sales to manufacturing, infrastructure, mining, power, oil & gas, real estate, or government bodies.
- Background in environmental testing / analytical laboratories, environmental consulting, water & wastewater treatment, industrial compliance / HSE services, or lab equipment & consumables sales.
- Proven B2B sales to manufacturing, oil & gas, energy, mining, infrastructure, real estate, municipalities, EPCs, and government bodies.
- 5-10 years B2B technical / industrial sales, including new account acquisition, tendering, and long-cycle deals.
- Experience closing annual contracts, framework agreements, and retainers.
