Job Responsibilities

• Conduct children dance classes according to the studio's syllabus and teaching standards

• Design and teach age-appropriate choreography for classes, performances, and events

• Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback to parents when needed

• Maintain a safe, positive, and disciplined learning environment

• Prepare students for stage performances, competitions, and assessments

• Participate in studio activities such as rehearsals, open classes, showcases, and events

• Assist in mentoring junior dance instructors when required

• Collaborate with the management team on curriculum development and teaching improvements

• Uphold the studio's brand image, values, and professionalism at all time

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience teaching children dance classes (ages 4-12 preferred)

• Strong foundation in one or more dance styles, such as Hip Hop, Jazz, K-Pop, Street Dance, or Classical Dance

• Proven ability to manage classroom discipline and engage young learners in a fun, structured, and safe environment

• Experience in choreography for children performances, competitions, or showcases

• Good understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods

• Able to communicate effectively with children, parents, and the studio team

• Professional, patient, responsible, and passionate about working with children

• Comfortable working on weekends and public holidays when required
