What you'll be doing

• Manage complex and high-risk cases, providing assessment, care planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Facilitate group sessions and community programmes to support patients and caregivers
• Assist in developing and implementing departmental and inter-departmental projects
• Provide guidance and supervision to interns, junior staff, and support staff
• Deliver talks, workshops, and training sessions for colleagues and community partners
• Apply social work ethics, legislation, and policies in practice, and participate in department initiatives

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Social Work
• 3 - 5 years of working experience in social work, preferably in healthcare setting
• Registered Social Worker with Singapore Association of Social workers (SASW)
• Strong clinical assessment, case management, and intervention skills
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and community-based environments
