You're an experienced sales professional with a strong command of the business travel landscape in the hotel industry and consistently go beyond expectations to elevate client satisfaction. In this role, you'll be a key player in driving total hotel revenue and leading sales activities across the hotel, collaborating closely with other departments to maximize business opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of recent experience in key account management and business travel within the hotel industry
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and Outlook; experience with CRM platforms such as Opera or Delphi is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional presentation skills-both in person and virtually-with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
• A results-oriented, entrepreneurial approach, with the ability to cultivate long-term business relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent projects effectively.
• A diploma or degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.
