Senior Product Marketing Manager

In this role, you will...
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute product marketing strategies aligned to company objectives and regional market needs.
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Define and refine clear, differentiated positioning that communicates product value to target audiences globally and regionally.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Lead GTM planning and execution for launches and major updates, including messaging, enablement, and promotional support.
- Regional Product Marketing Ownership (APJ):
- Serve as the primary product marketing partner for the Asia-Pacific & Japan (APJ) region.
- Act as the voice of the APJ field within global product marketing, capturing regional insights, feedback, and requirements to inform messaging, enablement, and portfolio priorities.
- Support follow-on enablement and regional adoption for launches and portfolio initiatives.
- Sales Enablement: Create and deliver compelling enablement assets and training that help field teams articulate value and win in-market.
- Market & Customer Insights: Conduct market research and analyze customer and field feedback to inform strategy, messaging, and product direction.
- Portfolio Promotion: Support promotion of the broader portfolio through regional and global activities such as product webinars, virtual events, and field-facing presentations, as priorities require.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and translate insights into actionable guidance for sales and marketing.
- Performance Measurement: Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of launches, campaigns, and enablement efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product, sales, marketing, and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
