Job Title: Sales Engineer

We are looking for a driven Sales Engineer with a Civil Engineering background and a strong interest in structural steel works and fabrication. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy combining technical knowledge with sales, client engagement, and project-based solutions in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities for structural steel and fabrication projects
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers
• Review structural drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and quotations
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to support accurate bidding
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognised under the Professional Engineers (Approved Qualifications) Notification
• Strong interest in sales and business development
• Knowledge of structural steel works and fabrication is an advantage
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and willing to meet clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction, steel fabrication, or engineering-related sales
• Familiarity with local building codes and construction practices
