ob Description & Requirements

To assist the project Manager in managing a construction site in its day to day poerations .

.Familiar with structural or architectural works or wet work ( plastering, brickworks)

.Familiar with external works, etc,

.Develop a work schedule for workers

.Supervise all construction workers

. Solve disputes between workers

.To carry out inspection of workers'personal protection equipment and safety gear in order toadhere to the company's safety policies.

.Be the liaison between cinstruction workers and supervisors

.Report on progress to managers,engineers etc.

Requirements

.Proven experience as construction foreman In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines

.Min 2Years of relevant working experience

. Understand the performance fo tiles and have rich experience in tile laying

.Shift work and weekend duty is required
