• Role: Operations Officer [ Landscaping Project ]
• 5.5 Work Day, 8am - 5pm / 8am - 12pm
• Salary: $2,500 - $3,200 + Bonus
• 2 Offices at Tengah & Bedok Area, Singapore

QUALIFICATION AND CRITERIA

1. Interest in managing landscaping projects, required to OT if there is peak period for projects submission. [ Landscaping & Plantation Projects ]
2. At least 2 years in scheduling and operations management [ manpower management and logistics arrangement ]
3. Requires to have Class 3 license, will work in a team and travel around both offices in Tengah and Bedok.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the operations team to manage manpower deployment across clusters islandwide.
• Plan and schedule daily jobs using the company's system to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Lead, motivate, and train team members, fostering professionalism and strong work ethics.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and step in when manpower shortages occur.
• Manage and resolve disciplinary, safety, and operational issues.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of operations team members.
• Supervise operations to ensure compliance with company procedures and SOPs.
• Leverage strong knowledge of Singapore roads to optimize logistics and job assignments.
• Willing to work overtime (OT) when required.
• Share a genuine passion for plants and contribute positively to the company's horticultural mission.
