Project Manager

• Office at Ubi | Site
• Working Hours: 5.5 Days | 9am - 630pm [Mon] | 9am - 12/1pm [Sat]
• Salary: $3,500-6,000

Roles & Responsibilities

• To do planning and manage the project to meet contract period and budget.
• To coordinate and attend Client & Consultant meeting and other relevant parties for smooth execution of the works.
• Any other work and task directed by Company such as attend tender interview, company audit meeting and etc.
• Involve and handle projects assigned by Company.
• Manage the weekly site meeting with site team, sub-contractor and supplier for smooth the execution of works and make sure sub-contractor and supplier complete their works and tasks under the agreed contract signed.
• To check site team on documentation such as follow up and submit relevant documents such as RFI, RFA, Shop Drawings with project team and submit on time.
• To follow up Project Extension of Time Claim due to any delay of project.
• To check and make sure site team compiles all relevant documents with site daily report, weekly report, all relevant application form submitted to Client & Consultant, latest & previous schedule of program etc. with keep a master file at site.
• To reply to all the relevant and follow up all received email by all parties involved in the project handle and keep your superior email in the loop.
• To guide and advise QS for negotiating with sub-contractor and supplier to ensure quotation or pricing given are under project budget.
• Manage project engineer, site coordinator, site supervisor and workers works to meet project requirement.

Requirements:

• Prefer experience for Private Industry & Residence Construction Project - Landed Property & Factory
