Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that address children's diverse learning needs and developmental stages
• Design and create teaching aids that enhance children's engagement and understanding of learning concepts
• Establish and maintain a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery
• Apply positive reinforcement techniques to promote discipline and sustain a conducive classroom atmosphere
• Communicate regularly with parents to provide clear updates on their child's progress and learning milestones
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to foster a supportive and cohesive educational environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Professional Certification, Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong communication skills demonstrated through effective parent and team interactions
• Interpersonal skills applied to build positive relationships with children and colleagues
• Passion for working with children, reflected in commitment to their growth and development
