Job Summary

Drive business growth by leading sales and marketing efforts for M&E services. Manage and expand customer relationships while delivering technical pre-sales and after-sales support. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to prepare proposals, forecasts, and facilitate engagement events.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and marketing initiatives to promote M&E services and achieve revenue targets
• Manage existing customer accounts and proactively develop new customer relationships to expand market presence
• Deliver pre-sales technical assistance by assessing customer needs and providing tailored solutions
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and follow up on sales inquiries and proposals to close deals
• Plan and conduct sales visits, maintaining up-to-date sales funnel status and forecasts weekly or as requested by supervisors
• Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions with customers to enhance product understanding and usage
• Support marketing activities by participating in seminars, trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to increase brand visibility
• Maintain comprehensive technical and application knowledge of all products to effectively support sales and customer service activities
