A market leader in the consumer goods industry is seeking a highly skilled finance manager to lead the finance operations on a regional scale. In this pivotal role, you will be leading a team, as well as the regional financial consolidation and reporting, including intercompany accounting, audit, and month-end close. You will oversee core financial operations and tax compliance, internal controls, and drive process improvement initiatives and system projects. You will also partner with the business on new market entry, resolve complex financial issues, and be a key member in driving the business to the next level.

The ideal candidate should be CA or ACCA with a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance. He/she brings at least 10 years of experience in finance operations, with regional exposure and proven team managementskills. Experience in consolidation, and being systems savvy is ideal.
