Your role

You will co-lead Professional Solutions SEAKBusiness Planning and Analysis team to consolidate and develop forecasts, produce insightful analyses as well as maintain regional reporting to support the leadership and the stakeholders' decision-making processes. The role needs to create and establish work connection with local commercial subsidiaries inSEAK Region, to prove supportive for Regional Management and related functions, and to act as trustful point of contact for Regional ASIA and Corporate stakeholders. Having a clear understanding the business needs, conducting comprehensive data analysis, deriving actionable insights, developing recommendations, and creating analytical solutions are all key success factors for this role. Being able to be part, and to own specific shares of strategic/commercial projects will be an additional requirement for this role.

Essential Expected Results:

Data Analysis Proficiency: Being able to leverage on experience andon network building to create proper analysis structures, with differentcomplexity in terms of both tools and level of detail, in order to be able toboost quality and quantity of information to be shared with key stakeholders tomeet clear or latent needs.

Business Reporting Production, Refresh andUpdate: Support in maintainingcurrent reporting structure as well as promptly providing solutions for reportupdate following business needs and requirements. Prepare comprehensive reportsand visualizations and translate them into analytical findings and concisepresentations to stakeholders and management.

Effective Forecast Production and BusinessUnderstanding: Ensure accuracyand reliability in the forecast consolidation process from local stakeholders,as well as being able to comprehend the business dynamics and support RegionalManagement with higher-level decision-making thanks to the collection ofinsights and analysis of relevant data.

Project Management: Being able to contribute to potentialupcoming cross-functional projects from both an analytical and strategicperspective, thanks to the expected positive understanding of the businessdynamics of the region;

People Management: Being able to embody leadership and guideyoung employees in the team, ensuring balanced activities' workload and profitablecontribution from all team members.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities areessential to collect, interpret, and draw insights from data sets.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in basic Microsoft Officetools, (e.g. Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and SAP Business Objects. Anyadditional dashboarding tool proficiency is highly valued. Inclination to learnother data analysis tools, databases, and spreadsheet software is critical toachieve the best results on the role.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

Business Analysis& Reporting

Provide BusinessAnalytics support and analytical solution development across all functionalareas and Top Management

Taking care ofCorporate Reporting (towards Asia team as well as Corporate team), providing allinformation needed to fulfil the tasks on a weekly basis, as well asmaintaining all the internal resources linked to this activity up to date to bequick and flexible in answering needs.

Taking care of specialprojects' reporting and analysis (e.g. Artgri frames development project) andcoordinating teams to achieve the right level of deliverables.

Lead problem solvingefforts for cross-functional teams and develop specific recommendations andaction plans with business leaders

Identify automationopportunities in reporting and dashboarding, and develop and maintaindashboards for broader leadership team

Verify consistencybetween sales inputs from business/finance sources, versus what is in theplanning tools (by channel and market) with the goal of reconciling the two.

Ensure appropriate tracking,monitoring, reporting capabilities for key performance indicators.
Continuouslyassess performance and process improvement opportunities to drive accuracy andefficiency

Business Planning

Being able to support the team in the collection and validation of the Sales Forecasts submitted by the local Subsidiaries on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

Being able to identifypotential new models to predict, control and corroborate Net Sales forecasts from Subsidiaries on both Lenses and Frames Extended sides.

Being able to supportthe team in net Sales and Orders Portfolio Management, Analysis (orders collected, canceled, orders shipped) management working closely with Subsidiaries to ensure that Regional Targets are met.

Being able to support the team in coordinating with Corporate & APAC Planning team on a regular basis to ensure region is supported with fulfillment On Time In Full.

Supporting Budget Process of the Wholesale Division

Reporting to RegionalManagement and Corporate team the regional/local business trends and risks/opportunities on a regular basis

Cross-Functional Projects

Being able to support the team in the definition of priorities, needs and to develop action plans for potential cross-functional projects (e.g. Instruments' business mapping)

D. KEY REQUIREMENTS:

6+ years of experiencein data analysis to derive actionable insights and data driven strategies.Previous managerial experience is a plus.

Bachelor's (Master of Science) Degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering matters.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude;
Proficiency in Englishlanguage communication, both written and spoken;

Proven ability in PowerBI is highly appreciated and valued;Good organization and priority setting inclination.
