Management Trainee (Learn, Grow & Make a Real Impact)

We're a Singapore-based financial literacy academy looking for Management Trainees who want more than just a job - people who want to learn real skills, help others, and grow into capable professionals.

What You'll Be Learning

You'll be guided step by step to:

• Understand practical financial concepts (no jargon, no hard selling)
• Communicate clearly and confidently with different people
• Support clients in making better money decisions
• Build leadership, discipline, and professional confidence over time

No experience needed - training and mentorship are provided.

Your Growth & Compensation

• Entry monthly salary range: SGD 2,500 - 3,500
