Recruitment
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for social workers, counsellors, psychologists, programme staff, and support roles to secure qualified talent aligned with organisational needs
• Manage onboarding and probation processes to ensure smooth integration and compliance for new hires
Employee Relations & Well-being
• Advise staff and supervisors on HR matters, resolving employee relations issues with empathy, fairness, and professionalism to maintain a positive work environment
• Design and implement staff engagement and wellness initiatives that enhance employee well-being and organisational morale
• Conduct exit interviews and deliver quarterly updates to inform retention strategies
• Organise organisational events and projects as assigned to support team cohesion and culture
Performance & Learning Management
• Oversee performance appraisal processes and support supervisors in delivering effective coaching and feedback to build staff capabilities
• Coordinate training and development initiatives, including mandatory and funder-required training, to ensure continuous professional growth
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Oversight
• Liaise with outsourced payroll vendors to ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing aligned with MOM and funder guidelines
• Manage compensation frameworks, including increments, promotions, and benefits administration, to maintain competitive and equitable remuneration
• Prepare and submit salary surveys as and when required to the relevant authorities
HR Policies, Compliance & Governance
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with Singapore employment legislation and support organisational governance
• Support audits, reporting, and fulfil board or funder requirements related to HR compliance
• Promote a respectful, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture through staff communication initiatives
• Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical HR practices in all activities
• Provide management with accurate HR data such as flexi claims and transport reimbursements via the HR Dashboard
