Job Description: Personal Assistant & Telesales Executive
We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and resilient individual to join a fast-paced financial advisory practice in Singapore. This is a dual-role position where you will be the "engine" of the business-handling the back-end administration while actively driving growth through phone-based outreach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Support & Administration
• Client Coordination: Handle sensitive client communications, including sending follow-up messages regarding investment portfolios or checking in after medical procedures.
• Database Management: Keep client records organized and ensure all administrative tasks (filing, scheduling, and data entry) are completed with 100% accuracy.
• Workflow Management: Manage the consultant's daily schedule, ensuring they are prepared for every meeting and that no client follow-up is missed.
2. Telesales & Lead Generation
• Warm Outreach: Call existing clients and provided leads to secure appointments for financial reviews and product discussions.
• Persuasion: Use a professional and friendly phone manner to pique interest in wealth management and insurance solutions.
• Persistence: Follow up consistently with leads to move them through the "interest" pipeline.
• Reporting: Maintain a simple log of calls made, responses received, and appointments booked.
