The Retail Store Performance Lead (Area Manager) oversees multiple Onitsuka Tiger stores in Singapore and reports to the country Assistant Operations Manager. This role partner with the Retail Store Operations Lead to drive sales performance and service standards across Singapore, ensuring store teams achieve revenue and productivity targets.

The Retail Store Performance Lead (Area Manager) oversees multiple Onitsuka Tiger stores in Singapore and reports to the country Assistant Operations Manager. This role partner with the Retail Store Operations Lead to drive sales performance and service standards across Singapore, ensuring store teams achieve revenue and productivity targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Performance & target achievement
- Own sales performance for the assigned stores including revenue, conversion, ATV, UPT, and key commercial KPIs.
- Work with each store to cascade monthly and weekly targets, including category, ATV, UPT, and conversion KPIs.
- Propose sales targets for stores in alignment with country operations manager; track daily/weekly performance, analyse trends initiate action plans.
- Review sales performance, identify gaps and opportunities (slow movers, high-potential SKUs), and propose in-store actions to close gaps.
- Monitor key metrics such as ATV, UPT and conversion and provide action plans with country operations manager and internal team.
2. Coaching and developing performance team
- Partner with Regional Trainer on selling skills, product knowledge, cross-sell/upsell techniques and handling rejections.
- Support onboarding and training of new staff on customer experience standards and selling modules.
- Give timely feedback to store leaders and staff on sales behaviours and performance; highlight top performers and development needs.
- Support recruitment, selection an onboarding staff.
3. Customer experience & service standards
- Observe customer interactions to ensure a consistently warm, proactive and solution-oriented service experience across stores.
4. Inventory
- Review store-level merchandising and selling zone layouts with store leaders, visual merchandiser, operations manager to maximise visibility of key products.
- Partner with Retail Store Operations Lead to ensure sufficient stocks levels to support on-going business needs.
5. Administration and Ad-Hoc Support
- Prepare weekly sales performance summaries with insights and action plans for each store.
- Collaborate with the Retail Store Operations Lead to balance operational constrains with sales needs (e.g. staffing, floor coverage, campaign set ups).
- Support store re-modelling activities (store opening/closure and renovations) for including team readiness, assortment and staff onboarding logistics with internal team.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required by the business.
