Job Scope:

• Provide end-to-end project management services covering design development, submissions, procurement, construction management, and final handover.
• Plan, organize, and control all project elements, identify contractual discrepancies, and mitigate commercial, technical, and site risks while ensuring quality, cost, and schedule compliance.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Business Development, Tender, Cost Control, and Service teams to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
• Lead conceptual studies, authority submissions, pre-design and detailed design, procurement activities, and the management of subcontractors for construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of building and M&E systems.
• Liaise with consultants, data centre owners, and building landlords to ensure full compliance with mission-critical facility requirements and applicable regulations.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in construction management within a contractor and/or consultancy environment.
• Proven experience in both greenfield and brownfield projects, including interior A&A works and fit-out projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an added advantage.
