About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Test & Commissioning Manager to lead the testing, commissioning, and system integration of metro power supply systems in Singapore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all T&C activities, ensuring system safety, regulatory compliance, and alignment with international standards and project requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities for metro power supply systems.
• Coordinate system integration, functional testing, and safety validation of electrical and power systems.
• Plan, develop, and implement T&C procedures, testing schedules, and checklists in line with project milestones.
• Supervise test engineers and subcontractors during on-site testing and commissioning works.,Ensure all testing activities comply with project specifications, safety regulations, and relevant international standards.
• Coordinate with design, installation, and operations teams to resolve technical, interface, and commissioning issues.
• Review and endorse T&C documentation including test reports, inspection records, and handover documents.
• Manage manpower, resources, and schedules to achieve timely project completion.
• Support troubleshooting, defect rectification, and final acceptance testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in power supply system testing and commissioning.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
• Proven experience in metro or railway power supply systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical power system design, testing methodologies, and safety standards.
• Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and report-writing skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage).
• Singaporean or Permanent Resident preferred.
• Willing to work at project sites and manage on-site operations when required.
