Support the Project Manager in coordinating design development, authority submissions, and agency clearance processes to ensure timely design progress and approvals for infrastructure construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate multi-discipline design works and interfaces
• Manage authority and agency submissions and approvals
• Liaise with consultants and design teams on deliverables
• Track design progress and resolve design issues
• Organize coordination meetings and maintain submission records
• Ensure approvals are obtained to meet construction schedule

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field
  Relevant experience in infrastructure or construction projects
• Knowledge of authority and agency clearance processes
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (BIM is a plus)

Preferred:

• LTA or major infrastructure project experience
