What You'll Do
  • Client Experience & Operations: Assist the Centre Manager in daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, visitor registration, inventory tracking, and maintaining a safe, engaging environment.
  • Administration: Handle basic enquiries via phone/email, maintain records, order supplies, and support the team with scheduling and logistics.
  • Guided Tours & Storytelling: Deliver professional, captivating, and informative guided tours for individuals, families, school groups, and corporate clients, fostering genuine interest in our offerings.
  • Live Demonstrations: Explain the functions, principles, and real-world applications of exhibits while facilitating safe, interactive visitor experiences.
  • Visitor Engagement: Warmly greet and assist visitors, answer inquiries about exhibits and technology professionally, and maintain a high-quality, orderly environment.
  • Performance-Linked Opportunity: While the core responsibility is to deliver outstanding experiences, you will also have the opportunity to earn additional commission for any sales that result naturally from your engaging tours and demonstrations.
  • Event Support: Assist in planning and executing events, workshops, and group visit programs.
  • Client Insight & Feedback: Observe and gather common visitor questions and interests to provide frontline insights for optimizing tours and the overall experience.
  • Visitor Coordination: Assist in greeting visitors and coordinating demo sessions and group tour logistics.

What We're Looking For
  • A Diploma qualification or higher is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and preferably Mandarin), with confidence in public speaking and a natural, engaging presence.
  • A people-person who enjoys building positive interactions with visitors of all ages and backgrounds.
  • A quick learner, able to grasp technical knowledge and convey it in an accessible, compelling manner.
  • Highly responsible, detail-oriented, with a strong client-service mindset.
  • Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) as part of your regular 5-day work week.
