- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
- Create compelling sales and marketing materials to support business development efforts.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Represent the company in overseas business meetings,product presentations, and trade exhibitions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the security, electronics, or IT sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and marketing skills.
- Technical knowledge of IT and electronics is a strong advantage.
