We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to support category growth, product launches, and regional initiatives across multiple markets. This role works closely with countryteams, regional teams, and global brand partners.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Category & Growth Support
- Support development and execution of regional category strategies for consumer health and lifestyle products
- Analyze market performance, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics acrosscountries to identify transferable growth opportunities
- Consolidate cross-market insights and best practices to inform regional playbooks androllouts
Go-to-Market & Launch Execution
- Support regional go-to-market planning for new products and categories, includinglaunch frameworks and execution guidelines
- Coordinate with country teams to adapt regional strategies to local market conditions
- Track launch performance and key metrics across markets to support optimizationand scaling
Brand & Partner Coordination
- Support evaluation and coordination with global and regional brand partners
- Assist with commercial planning, alignment on pricing and positioning, and launchreadiness across markets
- Support ongoing performance reviews and follow-ups with partners and internalstakeholders
Regional Coordination & Enablement
- Work closely with country commercial, marketing, and operations teams to ensurealignment on regional initiatives
- Develop regional materials, reports, and updates for management and stakeholders
- Support knowledge sharing and capability building across markets
Job Requirements
Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in commercial, growth, strategy, or categorymanagement roles
- Experience working on regional or cross-market initiatives in consumer-facing industries
- Exposure to consumer electronics, lifestyle products, health & wellness, oradjacent categories
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and structured thinking
- Ability to translate insights into practical execution guidelines
- Comfortable working across multiple markets, teams, and stakeholders
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Regional Mindset
- Experience leveraging learnings from one market to scale in others
- Comfortable balancing regional consistency with local flexibility
