Job Summary

Provide comprehensive medical consultation and management of acute and chronic conditions within Family Medicine, delivering patient-centered care and contributing to health promotion initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medical consultations to patients, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions within Family Medicine to improve patient health outcomes
• Prescribe appropriate medications and administer vaccinations to prevent and treat illnesses effectively
• Generate timely and accurate medical documentation and reports to support continuity of care and compliance
• Optional: participate in onsite health screenings, health talks, occupational health services, and house-calls as opportunities arise to enhance community health engagement
• Optional: collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care and contribute to practice growth
• Adapt to assigned duties and responsibilities to meet evolving clinical and organizational needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Maintain full registration with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) to ensure compliance with professional medical standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess qualifications such as GDFM, Family Physician certification, or MMed (Family Medicine)
• Demonstrate availability to commit to a 5-day work week or equivalent, with flexibility for part-time arrangements
