Architecture & System Ownership
- Own end-to-end architecture across backend services, web and mobileapplications, databases, and infrastructure.
- Design systems that prioritize simplicity, maintainability, security, andcost-effective scaling.
- Make final technical decisions on technology stack, system design, andintegrations.

Hands-On Development & Technical Leadership
- Remain hands-on in architecture-critical and complex areas of the codebase.
- Lead development by example and contribute directly to production code.
- Define pragmatic coding standards and review practices.

Platform, Backend & Data Design
- Design backend services focused on performance, security, andmaintainability.
- Design database schemas using PostgreSQL and/or Microsoft SQL Server.
- Implement multi-tenant, role-based, and workflow-driven systems.

Infrastructure & Delivery
- Own infrastructure and hosting decisions.
- Maintain Docker deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure backup, monitoring, and disaster recovery.

Team Growth (Over Time)
- Initially operate as the primary senior engineer and system owner, with fullownership of the core systems.
- Over 12-24 months, hire and mentor a small engineering team.
