Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with strong knowledge of MOM manpower regulations, quota management, and foreign workforce hiring to support operations in the marine industry. The role ensures full compliance with Singapore employment laws while managing both local and foreign manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage MOM/Yard quota, DRC, Work Permit, S Pass, and levy administration
• Handle end-to-end foreign worker hiring, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and repatriation
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, Employment Act, and audit requirements
• Support recruitment for shipyard, project, and marine operations roles
• Oversee HR operations, employee relations, and manpower reporting
• Liaise with MOM, agencies, and external stakeholder

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' HR experience, preferably in marine, offshore, construction, or heavy industry
• Hands-on knowledge of MOM quota and foreign manpower policies
• Experience managing Work Permit and S Pass workers
• Strong compliance, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Preferably with experience handling MOM audits
