The Senior Delivery Lead will be accountable for delivering the following:

• \tPre-study deliverables defined by client

• \tProgram Governance Process Compliance

• \tResource & Financial Management

• \tComprehensive Status Reporting & Program Dashboards: Regular, transparent, and data-driven reporting on program health, including progress against plan, budget variance, resource utilization, and risk/issues status.

Qualifications & Experience

• \tRequired:

o\tBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field.

o\t12-15+ years of experience in technology program and project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex, multi-year initiatives.

o\tMinimum of 7 years of experience within the Banking and Financial Services industry, with a strong understanding of Trade/Lending/Payment/CASA.

o\tDemonstrable experience managing large-scale transformation programs

o\tExpert-level knowledge of formal SDLC and project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).

o\tExperience managing program budgets in excess of $10M.

o\tExcellent communication skills with all stakeholders.

o\tHands-on experience in managing resources in multiple locations

o\tProven strong leadership
