(Salary will be commensurate with experience)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a small team supporting sales and project execution activities
- Drive business development and sales for industrial and engineering solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors
- Identify, develop, and pursue opportunities within data centre (DC) projects
- Work closely with project, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor project pipelines, sales performance, and revenue targets
- Participate in negotiations, proposal preparation, and contract discussions
- Support management with market insights, forecasts, and strategic planning
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales or business development within industrial, engineering, or infrastructure sectors
- Experience or exposure to data centre, semiconductor, industrial systems, or infrastructure projects is an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and client engagements concurrently
