Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all internal roles: from job posting and proactive sourcing to screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to anticipate and meet organizational hiring needs.
- Design and execute a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new hires are effectively integrated.
2. HR Operations, Payroll & Compliance:
- Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including contracts, records management, and offboarding.
- Accurately manage and process monthly payroll, ensuring timely and compliant payments.
- Serve as the internal expert on labor law, statutory requirements and company policies, ensuring 100% compliance.
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and the Employee Handbook.
3. HR Strategy & Reporting:
- Act as a strategic partner to management by providing data-driven HR reports and insights on metrics like turnover, recruitment efficacy, and workforce planning.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and the overall employee experience.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, and people-related matters.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, with hands-on responsibility in both recruitment and HR operations/payroll.
- Strong Advantage: Prior experience in an HR consulting, outsourcing, or agency environment.
- Proficient with recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed) and HRIS/payroll software.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
