About the Role:

We are looking for a versatile and hands-on HR Manager to own the full spectrum of our internal human resources functions. This role is the cornerstone of our people operations, responsible for ensuring a seamless employee experience from recruitment to payroll. The ideal candidate will be a proactive generalist who can build efficient systems, ensure compliance, and attract top talent to support our company's growth. While business development is not a core requirement, the strategic mindset it entails is a valuable asset.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all internal roles: from job posting and proactive sourcing to screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to anticipate and meet organizational hiring needs.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new hires are effectively integrated.

2. HR Operations, Payroll & Compliance:
  • Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including contracts, records management, and offboarding.
  • Accurately manage and process monthly payroll, ensuring timely and compliant payments.
  • Serve as the internal expert on labor law, statutory requirements and company policies, ensuring 100% compliance.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and the Employee Handbook.

3. HR Strategy & Reporting:
  • Act as a strategic partner to management by providing data-driven HR reports and insights on metrics like turnover, recruitment efficacy, and workforce planning.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and the overall employee experience.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, and people-related matters.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, with hands-on responsibility in both recruitment and HR operations/payroll.
  • Strong Advantage: Prior experience in an HR consulting, outsourcing, or agency environment.
  • Proficient with recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed) and HRIS/payroll software.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
