About the Role

We are looking for friendly and confident individuals to join our Call Centre team. This role focuses mainly on handling customer enquiries and outbound follow-ups, with opportunities to recommend suitable products or services where relevant.
Training will be provided, making this role suitable for entry-level candidates and fresh graduates who want to gain customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information
• Follow up with customers on applications, requests, or service matters
• Recommend relevant products or services based on customer needs
• Maintain accurate customer records and call logs
• Meet service standards

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level, Diploma preferred
• Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates welcome
• Comfortable communicating over the phone
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn basic sales skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced call center environment
