工作职责(Job Responsibilities)
1. 负责美容 / SPA 门店的日常运营管理,确保门店顺畅运作
2. 管理并带领美容师团队,包括排班,培训及绩效跟进
3. 提升客户服务质量,处理客户咨询及客户关系维护
4. 负责门店销售目标管理,推动配套及产品销售
5.管理门店库存,耗材及成本控制
6. 配合总部完成相关行政及营运安排
7. 协助执行门店市场推广活动
任职要求(Job Requirements)
1.具备美容 / SPA 行业相关经验,有店长或管理经验者优先
2.熟悉门店日常运营流程
3.具备良好的沟通能力及团队管理能力
4.能以中文作为主要工作语言
5. 工作态度稳定,责任心强

Position: SPA Store Manager
Job Responsibilities
1.Oversee the daily operations of the beauty / SPA outlet to ensure smooth and efficient operations
2.Manage and lead the beautician team, including staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
3.Enhance customer service standards and handle customer enquiries and relationship management
4.Drive sales performance by managing sales targets and promoting service packages and products
5.Manage outlet inventory, consumables, and cost control
6.Coordinate with head office on administrative and operational matters
7.Assist in the execution of marketing and promotional activities for the outlet
Job Requirements
1. Relevant experience in the beauty / SPA industry; candidates with store manager or supervisory experience will be an advantage
2.Familiar with daily outlet operations and management processes
3.Strong communication and team management skills
4.Ability to use Mandarin Chinese as the main working language
5. Stable work attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
